She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Bellarmine University, a Master of Arts in Spirituality from Bellarmine University and the Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with a focus on Restorative Yoga, Spiritual Direction Certification through the Nazareth Spirituality Center, and is a member of Spiritual Directors International.

Cree Scott is a licensed psychologist with a background in consulting, coaching, team building and clinical services. She has worked in a range of settings including professional services, higher education, federal/government sectors, healthcare and private practice. With over 15 years of experience in clinical and consulting psychology, Dr. Scott specializes in working with organizations to design well-being strategies, programs, and curriculum to create a psychologically safe and healthy place to work. As a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, she incorporates culturally relevant perspectives and solutions to help leaders and organizations create an environment in which all employees experience inclusion and belonging. A foodie at heart, Cree finds joy in seeking out new restaurants along with hiking with her husband and daughter.
Nicole Rongo, RD, MS Ed. is an instructional designer who loves bringing education to life in fun and engaging ways, often times focusing on nutrition and well-being. Nicole earned her Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Ball State University, earned her Masters of Science in Education for Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University and has been a Registered Dietitian for almost 20 years. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of training sessions and materials for companies across the globe. Nicole spends her free time training for triathlons, cheering loudly at her son's sporting events, rhinestoning dance costumes for her daughter, planning travel adventures for her family and volunteering with her local schools, imagination lab and food pantry. She has a super love for super heroes and wishes to drive a real batmobile someday. And maybe most importantly, she knows how to moonwalk with the best of them.
Bridget (she/her) is an experienced facilitator with a demonstrated history of designing and delivering highly engaging employee training programs.
With over 12 years of training experience, Bridget has designed, implemented and facilitated on boarding programs for professionals around the world. With 4,500+ hours of delivery under her belt, through in-person, virtual and recorded sessions.
Bridget is certified in Life Coaching through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology and her passion for learning what drives and inspires her participants leads to a highly engaging experience.
In her free time, Bridget is spending as much time as possible in, on or near Lake Erie. She has a passion for entertaining and is constantly experimenting with new culinary concoctions on her family and friends. You can also catch her getting crafty by cross stitching a custom creation for a friend or working at her sewing machine making costumes for her amazing kids, Colin and Mary.
Jackie (she/her) is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing, rolling out, and servicing total wellbeing programs in a variety of industries for over 15 years of experience.
Jackie began her career at the Cleveland Clinic working alongside their Chief Wellness Officer. Here, she moved from health coaching into a consultative role where she found her passion to help organizations improve overall population health. From there, Jackie became the Wellness Manager at a Cleveland-based Fortune 100 company, consistently recognized for its strong presence of wellness in the workplace and a healthy, happy population. Her experience in managing from the employer level is what gives Jackie a unique consultative approach when helping our clients.
Jackie/s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the College of William and Mary with a focus on Human Performance, and a Masters in holistic nutrition therapy from the Nutrition Therapy Institute. Jackie is also trained in meditation facilitation and brain health coaching. She has facilitated over 5,000 hours of wellbeing education courses, including over two dozen leadership retreats and workshops.
Today, Jackie’s main focus is to implement programs that drive behavior change through successful human performance programs. Outside of work, Jackie stays active with her favorite outdoor activities, snow skiing, and hiking., with her partner Brandon and 3 boys Nolan, Bennett & Austin, and of course her dog Roy, the best hiking partner of all time.
