I actually have more time in the summer with clients taking holidays so I plan on working out more probably inside as it gets extremely hot outside and as far as eating goes its easy to eat healthy in the warmer months your simply not as hungry and surrounded by fruits and veggies.

To lose belly fat. I wrote my weight goals down on April 12th… I weighed 150 then. My goal was to weigh 145 by May 14th, then weigh 140 by July 12th. I hit the first goal, but am struggling to hit the second. Unfortunately my chin splints have slowed down my movement. Any suggestions for good cardio exercises that won’t aggravate my chins?

Lifting weights with as little rest as possible between sets to keep your heart rate elevated. Then keep icing, stretching, and “recovering” from the shin splints!
