		<description>One of the healthiest changes that I have made for both myself and my family has been pre-planning snacks and meals on a weekly basis!&#160; I used to just &quot;wing it&quot; most nights, and we were left eating the same foods over and over and not eating the healthiest meals.&#160; I now pick out 4-5 recipes each week and buy all of the ingredients for each one, and I decide at the start of each day (or the night before) what we will have for dinner that night and do the prep work.&#160; On nights that I know we will be busy, I plan a simple, yet healthy meal, or leftovers from a previous meal.&#160; It really has been a small, but positive, change.&#160; Thanks for the great information, and keep it coming!</description>

I don&#039;t put anything wet in it so it won&#039;t get soggy. I sometimes carry cucumber, peppers, tomatoes separate. In the mornings, I grab a salad and a meat--canned tuna, leftover grilled chicken, etc.

		<description>Great plan! But you can do it in ten minutes or less with a food processor. That also seems to crush the vegs less--sharper blade faster--and keep them fresher a bit longer.
Also, why peel the carrots? Just wash them really well.</description>
