Do You Need to “Loose” Weight or Lose Weight?
Earlier today I was searching for information for our website and learning how to make it even more useful for you. But I came across something interesting. I found that "how to loose weight" is searched more than "how to lose weight."
I think we'll stick with the proper spelling — today we're answering 2 more questions from our blog. The first was about someone who was wondering why he isn't losing weight, even though he's eating less calories and exercising.
Sound familiar?
And the second has to do with our thoughts on the high protein Atkins Diet.

I tried your "Healthiest Breakfast in the World" and loved it. Also, my husband and I have been eating your 'uncooked oats recipe' for breakfast and really like that too, (the one you make the night before and refrigerate it).
I was trying to find the post where Kara gave us daily calorie amounts that we need. Can you tell me which archive that was posted?
I'm looking forward to more of your recipes!

I had to give you an internet high five for your diet comment. I hope people pick up on that and see the difference between quick weight loss that doesn't last to a totally different way to think of weight loss…Senisble eating. To me the word "diet" implies a temporary change. It all about a lifestyle and mindset change
