January
6, 2008 - Achieving New Year's Resolutions One Goal at a Time
We're not a fan of New Year's Resolutions--we'd personally rather have people "resolve" to make change regardless of the day, week, or month. But it's tough to fight the entire world -- January 1 is New Year's and millions upon millions of people make a "resolution" to change their lifestyle. But what if you "fall off" the bandwagon January 28th? Does that mean you have to wait almost an entire year?
Our New Year-New YOU seminar was sold out yesterday--sorry for
those who attempted to sign up after it was full--that's why it's
important to act quickly! This week we're talking about acting
quickly in all aspects of life.
Sitting back and waiting for that
perfect day or opportunity to make change is an easy excuse.
Hopefully
you have been writing your goals daily.
Pick out your absolute most important goal--when you achieve this goal, your life will be different. It could be physical, personal, materialistic, spiritual, etc. Now, underneath that goal, list the top 10 action steps you have to take to achieve that goal.
This is an easy way to start chipping away at the iceberg--making small steps will add up for the bigger picture. If your goal is physique related, Mohr Results, Inc can help. Kara's online
coaching program currently has a waiting list--but if you want to be added to that list, send us an email. Our Grocery
Shopping Made Easy DVD can help you get started making the smartest nutrition decisions. Or maybe you want the absolute most simple, hand holding guidebook for fat loss, Human
Inferno. Regardless of your goals, don't take aim at a bullseye with a blindfold. Use a proven model -- and whatever your goal may be, there are tools to help you achieve them.
Have an amazing week!

PPS:
Not sure if the Grocery Shopping Made Easy DVD is for you? It's
the absolute first, most important step of changing your eating
habits--if you don't know what to buy, you can't be successful!
"I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for this
DVD! Marc and I are both extremely busy - we work full time
and spend our free-time training for endurance triathlon events.
We simply do not have a lot of extra time to page through cookbooks
on end to search for 'healthy' recipes to help us maintain
our active lifestyle. This DVD really simplified our shopping experiences
at the market by dispelling the confusion of marketing claims
and food labels. We are able to make sound nutritious decisions
with minimal effort due to Chris and Kara's help. This DVD is a
wonderful resource for anyone looking for a little guidance in
the market!"
