Why We’re Excited for 2011!

Happy New Year!!

Wow are we excited for 2011 …

2010 was incredible for us personally and professionally, but 2011 holds even more promise.  Many of you asked what we’re planning for the New Year, so here are 7 reasons we’re excited for the year.

  1. On a personal level, Ella is a really fun age … now 18 months and chatting up a storm, it’s fun being able to interact with her.  And we’re particularly excited for when it gets warmer out to play with at the park and because she’ll be a blast at the pool this year!
  2. We purposefully "toned" travel down a bit in previous years — but then more recently (2010) started to add some trips back in, including a few international speaking events.  And we’re planning to keep that steady this year with another trip planned to Iceland (what a great time THAT was last year) where Kara and I will be presenting together — so this time it will be even more fun!  We’ll also be presenting together in California in the summer and I’m excited (and fortunate) to be invited back on the Perform Better circuit, so will be speaking with that great group this year too.
  3. We opened our 3rd Mohr Results Boot Camp location (today), so excited that we’re able to continue helping more and more women in Louisville reach their goals.
  4. Donate to more charities.  We’re fortunate that with our exposure and expertise, we’re in a position to contribute to charities.  We started our Charity Boot Camps last year, where pick a different charity each month to provide to.  We plan to do more of these charity camps and have another big charity project planned that you’ll learn more about soon…
  5. 3 Big Projects — we we’re excited to launch our 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart last year, which nearly 700 people are having success with as we speak … and we have 3 more projects that we will release this year!  We’re excited!
  6. We’ve got a couple family vacations planned … more difficult with Ella being so young last year (although we did enjoy 1), but now she’ll be a blast (I apologize in advance for anyone else on our plane)!
  7. What isn’t there to be excited about?  Life is great!
